Posted @withregram • @redzone_fitness_pt This a unbelievable transformation. John has taken on board all the advice I have given him over the years. There is no doubt had john not asked for help he would probably not be hear today.

We used his love of goalkeeping to get him fit and tackled his diet. It wasn’t rocket science and he soon saw the results. John has trained on and off with me for 13 years. He comes back for a wee kick up the backside now and gets refocused. He has ran, cycled, swam and joined triathlon clubs and running clubs.

Only a few months ago he came back again to work with me. We looked at his diet and tweaked it to help him shift a couple of pounds.

We have been using goalkeeping fitness to help him again to reach his goals.
